Delete your RQM Jobs account

You can delete your account and personal data at any time. Choose one of these options:

Option 1: In the Android app

1. Open RQM Jobs and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Account → Delete account.
3. Enter your password to confirm and tap Delete account.

Option 2: On the web

1. Sign in at jobs.rqmbooks.com/app/settings.
2. Scroll to Delete account.
3. Enter your password and confirm.

Option 3: By email

If you cannot sign in, email support@rqmbooks.com from the email address registered on your account, with the subject "Delete my RQM Jobs account". We may ask you to confirm the request to protect your account. We complete email requests within 30 days.

What happens when you delete your account

• Immediately: you are signed out, auto-apply stops and any queued applications are cancelled, and your profile is removed from employer search.
• Deleted: your account, profile, uploaded and generated CVs and cover letters, applications and their history, auto-apply rules, invitations, exclusions and settings. If you are the only owner of an employer company, its job posts, imported CVs, pipeline and notes are deleted too.
• Timing: data is removed from our live systems promptly and from all systems within 30 days, including the rotation of backups.
• What we may keep: records we must keep by law (for example purchase and tax records), and limited records of reports or abuse needed to protect other users. These are kept only as long as required.
• Copies already sent to employers: CVs and applications already delivered to an employer are controlled by that employer. Please contact them directly to ask for deletion.
• Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription automatically. Cancel it in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions). Web subscriptions (Stripe) are cancelled when your account is deleted.

حذف حسابك في RQM Jobs

يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناتك الشخصية في أي وقت بإحدى الطرق التالية:

في تطبيق أندرويد

افتح التطبيق وسجّل الدخول، ثم انتقل إلى الملف الشخصي ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب، وأدخل كلمة المرور للتأكيد.

على الويب

سجّل الدخول من صفحة الإعدادات، ثم انتقل إلى قسم حذف الحساب وأدخل كلمة المرور للتأكيد.

عبر البريد الإلكتروني

إذا تعذّر عليك تسجيل الدخول، راسلنا على support@rqmbooks.com من البريد المسجّل في حسابك بعنوان "حذف حسابي في RQM Jobs". ننفّذ الطلبات خلال 30 يومًا.

ماذا يحدث عند الحذف

• فورًا: يتوقف التقديم التلقائي وتُلغى الطلبات المجدولة ويُزال ملفك من بحث أصحاب العمل.
• يُحذف: الحساب والملف الشخصي والسير الذاتية وخطابات التقديم والطلبات وسجلها والإعدادات.
• المدة: تُحذف البيانات من جميع الأنظمة خلال 30 يومًا بما في ذلك تدوير النسخ الاحتياطية.
• ما قد نحتفظ به: السجلات التي يفرض القانون الاحتفاظ بها (مثل سجلات الشراء) للمدة المطلوبة فقط.
• النسخ المُرسلة إلى أصحاب العمل: تخضع لسيطرة صاحب العمل، ويمكنك التواصل معه مباشرة لطلب حذفها.
• الاشتراكات: لا يُلغى اشتراك Google Play تلقائيًا بحذف الحساب؛ ألغِه من Google Play.
